OUR MISSION
Inspire your Future was created in 2020 to create a series of LIVE talks with academics and professionals focused on engaging young people and broadening their networks.
Our aim to inspire your people remains; we are focused helping Gen Z confidently develop and engage with their networks.
We focus on developing and utilising social capital - how young people can build the necessary networks to succeed. Our focus is on Gen Z, those born between the mid-to-late-1990s and early-2010s.
Access to diverse social capital is incredibly beneficial for young people and opens up many new opportunities. But how do you network, and when is the best time to start? Sites like LinkedIn can be invaluable but also daunting - and there can be lots to think about, like building your personal brand or staying connected to your network.
Alongside ongoing research, we want to create content and a series of recommendations to ensure Gen Z can take advantage of their social capital and help schools implement new methods to help students explore their networks and improve their confidence.

I am a penultimate year student at the University of Warwick studying Economics, Psychology and Philosophy.
